2024 Romain Le Bars, La Roussanne VDF White, Rhone, France Icy Liu Grand Vallee is taking the100% Roussanne from organically farmed vines in the Gard, grown on clay limestone soils. Grapes are direct pressed, with native yeast fermentation in neutral demi muids and barriques. Aged on lees for several months with no fining or filtration. No to low sulfur added at bottling. Textural and fresh, balancing orchard fruit with saline lift.
